Russell Reimer, MCS
Russell is the president of Manifesto Sport Management and a consultant specializing in sport and cause marketing, major event bid and fund development and Olympic and action sports athlete management.
An active member in Canada's sport scene, Russell developed an award-winning program to promote tobacco-free lives to youth (Sport For Life), founded a community movement promoting FREE sport discovery for kids (All Sport One Day), led successful bids to bring major sport events to Canada, and served as the chair of the Country's first civic sport policy steering committee in Calgary.
A veteran of seven Olympic Games, five World Championships and over 20 World Cups, Russell has worked successfully with world leaders in sport for the past 15 years as a content producer, athlete advisor and representative, sponsorship activation lead and event fund developer.
Russell has received several recognitions and awards in marketing and sport tourism including:
